Often a knit two together (k2tog) and a child's pose can be the solution.
If I need to fix my knitting, very often after a k2tog and a rest in child's pose, things seem to have worked themselves out.
Next time you find yourself with an extra stitch or in need of a new perspective rest in child's pose for at least 10 inhales and exhales.
